THE LAW

Our limousines are fully licensed for a maximum of 8 passengers, this is the law!!

Rival companies may offer limousines for more passengers, they may use un-licensed limousines and un-licensed drivers, these limousines can be impounded at any time by the "Ministry of Transport"  A licensed limousine is must be fully insured, these vehicles are always fully maintained and the drivers have to hold a local authority drivers license. These are displayed within the vehicle for inspection at all times. For further information, visit the "National Limousine Association" www.nlauk.co.uk

for further details on limousine licensing, you can contact Jean Reid at Rochford District Council.

I have been told that 10 passengers can travel by a rival company in Westcliff on Sea, he say's that 2 passengers are NON PAYING, is this legal? NO, if the car has an accident, nobody is insured, the passengers or the company. This would also lead to prosecution for the limousine operator.
